Roar Returns Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for faulty or defective goods.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Incorrect designs are not eligible for returns, as designs are finalised at the panel print stage.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@roarsportswear.com.au with your order number and details of the fault.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We will choose to either refund or exchange at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
