Roar Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for faulty or defective goods.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Incorrect designs are not eligible for returns, as designs are finalised at the panel print stage.
2. Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@roarsportswear.com.au with your order number and details of the fault.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
We will choose to either refund or exchange at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
